Leda has guided thousands of students in the joyful practice of SUP yoga. She believes wholeheartedly, that the water has a way of deeply enhancing our experience of connection, concentration, and awareness of ourselves. The practice provides instant insights into the pace and balance of our habitual movement patterns. But more than anything it allows us to let go of our inhibitions, release our fears of failure, and tap into a childlike stay of play again.
Leda has led many private and group SUP yoga teacher trainings over the last 10 years. The water is her element and where she feels most at home in her teachings. After years of paddling competitively in flat water and white water SUP races, she excels at teaching the techniques of the sport as much as she does the practice of yoga.
